Cali E-Bikes Refund and Return Policy

At Cali E-Bike, we work hard to deliver top-notch goods and services to our clients. Our Refund and Returns Policy describes the terms and conditions under which you can return items and ask for a refund if you're not happy with your purchase.

Returnable Products

The following Cali E-bike items are returnable within [Insert Return Period, such as 30 days] of the delivery date:

EV bikes must be brand-new, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Replacement parts need to be undamaged, in their original packing, and free of any damage or installation marks.
Kits: Need to be brand-new, unused, and complete with all original parts.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, put together, or installed are referred to as used or assembled products.
Custom Orders: Personalized or specially configured goods.
Items designated as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase are considered final sale items.

Initiating a Return

Within 30 days after receiving your item, please get in touch with our customer support team at [Insert Contact Email] to start the return process. Give the product or products you want to return, your order number, and the reason for

Return Authorization

You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and comprehensive instructions for returning the item as soon as your return request is accepted. Without an RMA number, returns won't be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are your responsibility unless the goods is damaged or we made a mistake. Since Calibike is not liable for lost or damaged merchandise during return shipping, we advise utilizing a trackable shipping option and getting shipping insurance.

Refund Method

Refunds will be given to the original payment method that was used to make the purchase. Depending on your banking institution, please allow extra time for the refund to show up on your statement if you paid with a credit or debit card.

Refund Amount

The purchase price of the returned product or products, less any initial shipping and handling costs, will be refunded. We will also reimburse the original shipping costs if the return is because of a damaged product or our error.

Restocking Fees

Some returns, like returns of opened or barely used items, may be subject to a restocking fee of 15%. The amount of your refund will be reduced by the restocking fee.

Defective Products

Warranty Claims
